Technical support is a set of measures directed toward Lement Pro operability. This service is usable and good in cases when a company’s system administrator cannot take on Lement Pro server operation support.
Technical support includes:
- regular control of the server to support its functioning ability
- data back up setting and control
- updates after each new version release (usually — 1 time per month)
- system recovery in case of a failure
- other services to ensure stable operation of the system
Technical support is contracted separately — the terms are individual for each company (according to its size and business area).
